I finally passed out from the National Cadet Corps Physical Fitness Instructor course woohoo! but at a great cost...
Me,and Veingad were sent to Amoy Quee camp for a 2day 1 night course which turned out to be rather toturing...We learnt from AFC Army Fitness Centre NSF and NSmen about the body and what it can do while performing our strenous activities...they taught us warm ups cool downs and some stretching exercises followed by a gruesome number of tough exercise like crunches,push-ups and a lot of other advanced exercises to help us build our body/train overselves for NAPFA tests...
I personally dislike the circuit training as we have to run around the hall like countless times while going to stations to do various workouts and had a fun wrestling match with Veingad....On the last day we had a long lecture about preventing sports injuries and a quiz well the food there was fantastic like chicken chop and spaghetti....
